Return Procedure & Window
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, returns requested outside this period cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@greyvaleandco.com. We will provide step-by-step instructions for returning your item(s).

Before sending anything back, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • All tags are attached
  • The item should remain in its original packaging

Pack the return securely and send it using a reliable, preferably tracked, shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@greyvaleandco.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to process your request. Once an order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible. If the item has already been delivered, a return request can be submitted following the return procedure and requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

After review, we will offer a suitable solution this can include sending a corrected item or a replacement at no additional costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once your returned item has been approved. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by payment providers or banks.
